There is an attitude that is essential to see results when you exercise, is the 'record', unfortunately, a few fortunate heritage. We aim to the gym 2 times a week (which is little) to miss 4 of the 8 classes that we are the month for any reason whatsoever. That will not do anything! We fool ourselves saying that at least we are doing something for our health but we are not doing anything at all! The body just takes note of a few exercises in the end of an hour over a period of seven days .. All you get is some awkward stiffness that lasts us 2 or 3 days and no progress. Consistency is the sole basis of our progress on the physical level. I love seeing my students progress, in some especially older people rather advanced in their first classes are not able to practically nothing, as if they were to be injured easier movement, but after one month training achieve surprise making almost no effort more difficult. Fully confirming my hypothesis, the path is the only thing that helps you achieve your goals, and career build it from the hand of the record. A greeting.
