One of the most common misconceptions in physical exercise is the belief that more is more. The typical attitude: "It seems that this is working, do a few sequences" is useless. Today I had an interesting chat with a student, a woman about 65 years, told me: There are days I really think skipping school, I find it hard to come, knowing that I can stay quiet at home, without getting cold, but I do not let it be to give in to temptation even once would be the beginning of the end, and probably soon leave come, the sluggishness will usually win. How right.
