A little information about Mr. Pilates.

Pilates began developing his exercise system in Germany in the early twentieth century. Trush After Every Period

I do not like sports. Snuff

I like sports, I smoke and I will not quit, I am very lazy and I'm not interested in doing any physical activity, plus I have no time. I have a normal physique, do not need to lose weight. It is valid, there are people who think this way and that's their prerogative to do so. For them there are alternatives. I will propose a few:

Buy a bike and using at least the weekend.
