Someone asked me if the Pilates method is effective. As a trainer and Pilates instructor, I must say that if of course that is effective, and I dare say that more than some other activities. The results are seen shortly after starting, but these results will depend solely on our commitment. It will appreciate faster if you practice three times a week but if two is not bad. What do we notice? Well, we feel lighter, more flexible and therefore more agile. As I tell my students to simply get off the couch since it is easier to practice it.
