I like sports, I smoke and I will not quit, I am very lazy and I'm not interested in doing any physical activity, plus I have no time. I have a normal physique, do not need to lose weight. It is valid, there are people who think this way and that's their prerogative to do so. For them there are alternatives. I will propose a few:
Buy a bike and using at least the weekend.
We get the house clean? Well, we are exercising, to washing, make beds, do the shopping and carry bags (not over weight please, that's not good either), will help us keep moving. Ah! Remove cobwebs from the ceiling with a feather duster will help us stretch a bit! (For retailers)
